Location: 100% Remote Work. Must be based in the European Union.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and testers to transform ideas into unique human experiences.
• Mentor, pair, and delegate to encourage professional and technical growth.
• Code, Write Predictable, Readable, Simple, and Flexible code.
• Improve the scalability and performance of our platform.
• Use cutting-edge Agile & Lean working methods underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role with significant impact on product and/or team.
• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS).
• Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment.
• Solid knowledge of Quality and Testing principles.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

Nice to have

• Experience working with microservices.
• Contributed to the professional community as a speaker, author or online contributor.
