What you will do

• Analyze and develop high-performing backend applications and APIs with continuous releases.
• Coordinate complex problem-solving and coach less experienced team members.
• Participate in development from concept to delivery, including pair programming and review sessions.
• Plan new tasks, define requirements, estimate workloads, and set deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to create technical diagrams and documentations.
• Evaluate new software development trends and contribute to backend development strategy.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
• 4+ years of professional experience in web applications and API development.
• Proficiency in Typescript or strongly typed JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with eCommerce projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Docker preferred.
• English proficiency required; German is a plus.

• Experience in building and deploying reusable applications at scale.
