Business Development Representative (Life Sciences SaaS): Drive outbound and inbound lead generation and qualification for a SaaS eQMS platform targeting life science companies with an accent on pipeline building, prospecting, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Focus on proactive outreach, lead qualification frameworks, and maintaining CRM data accuracy to support sales growth across EMEA.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline using multiple channels and campaign insights.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls using frameworks like BANT or MEDDICC.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize outbound strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot for reporting and follow-up.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach approaches and messaging.

Requirements

  • Location: Fully remote across EMEA
  • 1–2+ years experience in BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Lusha.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Interest or prior experience in life sciences, SaaS, and compliance processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS solutions for life sciences or regulated industries.
  • Additional fluency in German or French.
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Knowledge of lead intent data and account-based prospecting.
