What you will do

• Identify and verify customers by completing operational KYC tasks timely
• Manage direct user communication to gather missing documentation and clarify issues
• Perform customer screening against various databases
• Collaborate with third parties on verification queries
• Support process improvements to scale the team and company
• Continuously learn and upskill in the domain

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication required
• Experience in banking KYC function and customer-facing roles
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
• Attention to detail and administrative skills
• Efficient handling of repetitive and complex tasks

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages
