What you will do

• Audit existing products to identify opportunities for GenAI improvements and solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-based applications and integrate them into existing services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Develop multimodal and agentic RAG pipelines using vector databases and graph-based memory structures.
• Manage scalable and cost-conscious LLMOps including token budgeting and observability tools.
• Continuously refine AI strategy based on metrics, KPIs, and project feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely within the European Union.
• Proven experience in GenAI application lifecycle from ideation to production and iteration.
• Expertise in LLM engineering, RAG design, agentic orchestration, and production-grade software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, metadata filters, and graph data science for complex reasoning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with orchestration strategies and tooling such as LangSmith and automated A/B testing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of classic NLP techniques like NER, parsing, and tf-idf.
• Experience with ML models such as re-rankers, regressions, and embeddings.
• Graph theory and graph data science for custom retrieval and memory stores.
