What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring accurate and efficient account setup.
- Guide customers through key activation milestones including platform setup and benefit configuration.
- Evolve existing onboarding processes into a scalable, automated engine.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding tasks, timelines, and go-lives.
- Identify and resolve blockers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, and Partnerships.
- Contribute to documentation and playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable onboarding.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing operations in a SaaS company or startup.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects efficiently.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills for explaining complex processes.
- Experience improving systems or workflows, ideally using automation tools like Zapier, Intercom, or Retool.
- Enthusiasm for HR tech and improving people's working lives.
- Adaptability to fast-moving environments and shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with health, life, or pension products in Ireland or the UK.
- Willingness to complete regulatory exams (e.g., QFA) in the future if required.
