What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring accurate and efficient account setup.
• Guide customers through key activation milestones including platform setup and benefit configuration.
• Evolve existing onboarding processes into a scalable, automated engine.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding tasks, timelines, and go-lives.
• Identify and resolve blockers cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, and Partnerships.
• Contribute to documentation and playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable onboarding.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing operations in a SaaS company or startup.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects efficiently.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills for explaining complex processes.
• Experience improving systems or workflows, ideally using automation tools like Zapier, Intercom, or Retool.
• Enthusiasm for HR tech and improving people's working lives.
• Adaptability to fast-moving environments and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with health, life, or pension products in Ireland or the UK.
• Willingness to complete regulatory exams (e.g., QFA) in the future if required.
