What you will do
- Define and execute customer operations strategy aligned with hypergrowth goals
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing customer success and operations organization
- Design and optimize the customer journey from evaluation through deployment, renewal, and expansion
- Lead strategic planning and business reviews with C-level and VP engineering stakeholders
- Advocate for customer needs related to AMD GPU performance and AI infrastructure
- Develop scalable processes, performance metrics, and customer engagement frameworks
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in customer success or enterprise account management in cloud, GPU computing, or AI/ML platforms
- 5+ years people management experience building and leading teams
- Strong technical fluency with cloud computing, GPU architecture, and AI/ML workloads
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Experience building scalable customer success operations and data-driven engagement models
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AMD and NVIDIA GPU computing and AI/ML training workflows
- Familiarity with AMD ROCm ecosystem, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM fine-tuning
- Experience in neocloud or alternative cloud providers
- MBA or advanced technical degree in CS, ML, or related field
- Experience at high-growth startups scaling from Series A to IPO or acquisition
