What you will do

• Provide statistical expertise and support for product and process development and problem-solving in R&D.
• Interpret data to advise engineering teams on strategies beyond data analysis.
• Develop and maintain statistical procedures and tools for local and global use.
• Collaborate with global statisticians and cross-functional teams to improve statistical applications.
• Lead projects to improve efficiencies through designed experiments and advanced data analysis.
• Deliver training on statistical methods to technical groups.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model requiring presence in local office at least three days per week in Marlborough, United States
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years industry experience, preferably in medical devices and regulated environments.
• 5+ years experience with statistical software such as Minitab or Design Expert.
• Proven ability to apply statistical analysis professionally and strong self-motivation.
• English language proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in related fields.
• Experience working closely with R&D or Development Engineering teams.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
