What you will do

  • Publish content directly to social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook) while maintaining brand voice.
  • Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy aligned with editorial priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand audience reach and increase engagement through YouTube features like metadata and strategic publishing.
  • Collaborate with the Originals Video team to maximize content performance and support new formats.
  • Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine strategy and report regularly on channel performance.
  • Ensure effective cross-platform promotion of video content by collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing YouTube channels, with proven ability to write metadata, create thumbnails, and grow audiences.
  • Skilled at turning analytics into actionable publishing strategies.
  • Strong interest in News, Fashion, or Sports content, with a keen eye for engaging audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams to maximize performance and reach.

Nice to have

  • Experience setting up and running your own YouTube channel.
