What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications to solve business challenges and improve efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation including specifications and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize business applications for performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Identify and build process automation and optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with ERP, CRM, and BI systems.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA within specified states or willing to work hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required; no visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in integration or software engineering focused on business and IT system integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, web frameworks (Angular, React, Django), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
