What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and advice to leaders and the People & Culture team.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach leadership on effectiveness within client groups.
• Manage employee relations' issues as the primary People & Culture contact.
• Drive proactive conversations using People data with business leaders.
• Partner on initiatives like Career Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation.
• Lead special projects for client groups or the P&C team and collaborate on organizational design.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in an HR Generalist and People Business Partner function within a software technology company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Experience working on large, global, and complex projects.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Knowledge of US labor regulations and in-depth experience in Employee Relations and complex employment legislation in Canada and US.
• Keen interest and involvement in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
• Exceptional relationship building skills.
