What you will do

• Maintain production services and ensure operational stability.
• Develop tools and automation for monitoring and optimizing performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable, reliable systems and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Establish and support SLAs and SLOs, provide system monitoring and incident alerts.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident support.
• Develop site reliability and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco or Palo Alto, United States
• 5+ years in a development-focused DevOps/SRE role at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, SQL, Linux, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP.
• Experience troubleshooting across platforms and incident management.
• Strong automation and monitoring skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GPU clusters or HPC environments.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience scaling consumer products during hypergrowth.
