Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 8 days per month at an approved hirify.global location: Coppell, TX; Riverwoods, IL; Kennesaw, GA; Chicago, IL; or Wichita, KS.

Salary: $133,400.00 - $238,400.00 USD. This role is eligible for Bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI products from concept to production, measured in weeks, not quarters.
• Drive technical strategy for initiatives, make rapid architecture decisions, and coordinate execution across engineering teams.
• Design and implement AI features using Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks for document intelligence, RAG systems, and agentic platforms within CCH Axcess.
• Mentor Lead and Senior Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Lead customer sessions for early access programs and technical validation with accounting firms.

Requirements

• 7+ years building software applications with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
• 1+ years hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems (NLP preferred).
• Full-stack development capabilities with a focus on modern frameworks and cloud services.
• Experience with Agile/XP practices including TDD/BDD and pair programming.
• Experience with LLM platforms: LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and audit controls.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
• Experience with Azure AI services, advanced AI frameworks, or multi-modal AI systems.
• Background in dynamic environments like startups, innovation teams, or product-focused companies that prioritize customer co-design and rapid value delivery.
• Experience with document processing, financial data analysis, or B2B professional software.
• Track record building training programs or champion networks that drove organizational adoption.
