Salary: $183,700 – $260,050

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery and technical strategy for complex AI products.
• Design and implement AI features using Python, TypeScript for document intelligence, RAG systems, and agentic platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing technical excellence with compliance requirements.
• Mentor Lead and Senior Engineers, establishing technical standards and development frameworks.
• Lead customer co-design sessions and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Ship production-ready software through rapid feedback cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years building software applications (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred) and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
• 1+ years hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems (NLP preferred).
• Full-stack development capabilities and experience with Agile/XP practices (TDD/BDD, pair programming).
• Proficiency with LLM platforms (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and MLOps.
• Experience with AI governance, data security, privacy regulations, and audit controls.
• Strong mentorship capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
• Experience with Azure AI services, advanced AI frameworks, or multi-modal AI systems.
• Background in dynamic environments like startups or product-focused companies.
• Track record building training programs or recognized thought leadership in AI/ML.
