What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for the software business and support the evolution of its platform story.
- Unify product, brand, and market messages into a cohesive voice through campaign strategies.
- Support and draft press releases, Q&As, talking points, and develop media strategies to increase public awareness.
- Engage with media, staff interviews, and pitch hirify.global news.
- Drive content strategy, assisting with blog posts, executive bylines, and thought leadership content.
- Provide strategic leadership across internal and external partners (i.e., agency) to set unified goals and ensure seamless program execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, or communications, preferably in B2B tech.
- Industry experience preferred in data, analytics, AI, fraud, CRM, or financial services.
- Experience managing and/or mentoring 1-3 colleagues for more than one year.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging.
- Clear understanding of the media landscape and working knowledge of engaging reporters across financial, technology, and business outlets.
- Strong foundation for storytelling specific to reaching a technical audience (CAO, CIO, CRO, CTO).
- Demonstrated strong executive presence with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
