What you will do

• Design and build efficient predictive models for user interactions with ads and advertiser pages.
• Design and oversee large-scale, long-term experiments using advanced statistics and machine learning.
• Develop automation algorithms for advertisers to improve return on investment using AI and ML.
• Develop models for causal reasoning using AI, ML, and statistical techniques.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, United States (onsite)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in statistical machine learning, deep learning, data mining, causal inference, information retrieval, game theory, mechanism design, optimization, and Bayesian inference.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Solid software design and development experience.
• Research experience with publications in relevant fields preferred.
