Location: Must be based in one of the US geographic markets, including Los Angeles County.

Salary: $136,000–$223,400/year

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and scientists to identify and solve complex problems in Generative AI.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve algorithm and model performance, iterating quickly to enhance results.
• Contribute to the long-term vision and development of Generative AI over a multi-year horizon.
• Identify new opportunities to apply Generative AI technologies to solve real-world problems.
• Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and written reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML, or related field experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
• Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.

Nice to have

• PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience or publications related to Agentic AI applications.
• Programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
