Salary: $119,800–$234,700 per year (varies by location)

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and drive new features and capabilities using Agile practices to enable breakthrough end-user experiences.
• Act as liaison between business, engineering teams, and partners to coordinate product requirements and delivery.
• Drive internal and external partner relationships critical to success.
• Collaborate with distributed teams throughout the engineering lifecycle to deliver product enhancements and fixes.
• Support investment decisions and provide business perspectives to influence strategic decisions.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impeding business success.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Redmond, United States with onsite work expected.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (8+ years preferred).
• Experience with program management delivering hardware, software, and/or services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships and complex initiatives.
• Knowledge or experience with web APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and web search.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage confidentiality, and work independently.
