What you will do

• Identify and define business requirements; translate data and business needs into clear Jira epics, features, and stories.
• Facilitate Agile delivery by authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, maintaining backlogs, and supporting sprint activities.
• Develop and execute test plans including UAT, functional, and regression testing.
• Document data platform processes and collaborate with engineering to improve data quality.
• Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to translate complex data needs into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC, reporting to office at least 3 days per week
• 4+ years of analytics experience with advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven analytical rigor, attention to detail, and experience documenting processes.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of finance experience or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in quantitative fields.
• Experience with cloud migrations (S3), Google Cloud Platform, and query acceleration engines like Dremio.
