What you will do

• Support discovery of new service opportunities based on player demand and business priorities.
• Create clear and compelling service design concepts demonstrating player value delivery.
• Collaborate with Live Ops, Technology, and Player Experience teams to refine and validate designs.
• Assist in developing processes and documentation translating design into delivery.
• Use service blueprints and ITIL principles to cover front-end and back-end service aspects.
• Contribute to transitioning new services into live operation and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with some office presence in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Genuine interest in service design and player experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Passion for games and curiosity about player experience support.

Nice to have

• Exposure to journey mapping or process design.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles or service blueprinting.
• Experience in live game or player support environments.
