What you will do

• Establish and operationalize AI governance framework aligned with corporate policies and objectives.
• Define and oversee AI governance roles, responsibilities, and processes including escalation and approval channels.
• Manage AI project intake, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of governance practices.
• Define and report on AI program metrics, KPIs, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain AI model validation framework including performance, fairness, explainability, and stress testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI models meet ethical, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years experience in AI/ML governance, program management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, regulatory requirements, and AI model validation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI governance platforms and risk management tools preferred.
