What you will do

• Lead and manage the Card Compromise Fraud Risk team.
• Own end-to-end strategy for real-time fraud detection and transaction risk monitoring.
• Design experiments to understand customer experience impact of ML in risk strategy changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations on fraud risk initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiencies and scale through policy and model optimization.
• Influence cross-functional teams on key projects and establish priorities aligning with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of total industry experience, including 2+ years in a people managerial position in risk management within Fintech or financial services.
• Domain knowledge: Card Compromise, Payment Fraud.
• Experience with developing and implementing real-time fraud detection strategy.
• Strong track record in performing data analysis and statistical modeling using Python, SQL.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques including clustering, classification, regression, decision trees, neural nets, and anomaly detection.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
