What you will do

• Lead design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions for consumer credit lifecycle.
• Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions for marketing decision-making and optimization.
• Drive development of new analytical products using Big Data and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring of machine learning models ensuring performance and compliance.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and external clients.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years in data science or analytics with 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in marketing analytics, consumer lending, and AI agent frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and agentic AI development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
