What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain intelligent integrations between hirify.global and enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS and AI automation tools.
• Build and orchestrate AI-powered automations leveraging LLMs and APIs to enrich data and enhance workflows.
• Lead discovery and design sessions with business units to identify automation opportunities and assess integration feasibility.
• Prototype and deploy LLM-powered solutions such as chatbots and automated data quality checks.
• Troubleshoot integration and AI automation issues using diagnostic tools and ensure secure authentication flows.
• Monitor integration performance and contribute to continuous improvement of integration and AI governance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely within EST timezone or from Raleigh, NC or New York, NY
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms, especially Workato and AI automation tools integrating LLMs.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, OpenAI API, prompt engineering, and web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, XML).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API tokens) and diagnostic tools (curl, Postman).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
