What you will do

• Serve as subject matter expert on quote creation, invoicing, pricing, and deal issue troubleshooting
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to address commercial contracting and non-standard deal structures
• Ensure adherence to quote-to-contract processes and escalate new use-cases with proposed solutions
• Coordinate proposals between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams
• Maintain scalable operations to increase contract velocity and efficiency
• Apply in-depth understanding of subscription models and service/product offerings for contract structuring

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, England, United Kingdom
• 3+ years experience in Deal Desk function with global sales teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes
• Proven ability to manage complex deals end-to-end with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience using Salesforce, Zuora, Ironclad, or comparable CPQ tools
