What you will do
- Lead and monitor a team of 6-12 client experience associates focusing on performance metrics.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular meetings and reviews.
- Handle client escalations and assist with challenging cases directly.
- Ensure high-quality standards through QA evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with security, fraud, AML, and compliance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and evolution of the team and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
- Proven success in coaching and managing client escalations involving risk or fraud.
- Strong understanding of fraud, AML, cybersecurity, and risk management best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
Nice to have
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation.
