Location: Fully Remote with multiple European locations (Belgium, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Greece)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and automate data science and ML models including feature generation, evaluation, retraining, and deployment
• Extract insights using classical ML methods and generative AI
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions
• Research and apply latest Data Science/ML/AI developments
• Document processes, code, and findings for knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Must have eligibility to work in the applied country without visa sponsorship or relocation support
• 5+ years of industry experience in data science and machine learning
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of statistical and ML algorithms including deep learning and LLMs
• Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling with data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Software engineering background, preferably backend or system integration
• Knowledge of DataOps & MLOps practices and distributed data tools (Spark, Dask)
• Experience with AI/ML research and development
