What you will do
- Be the strategic analytics partner for Paid Media, collaborating with Marketing Leadership, Paid Marketing, and RevOps.
- Own and maintain key efficiency, CAC, and ROI metrics across Snowflake and Looker.
- Operationalize new GTM data investments, including Mixed Media Modeling, Clay Enrichment, and Predictive LTV models.
- Drive experimentation and continuous optimization by designing and evaluating A/B and incrementality tests across channels.
- Enable self-service at scale by building dashboards for Paid Media and Marketing Leadership.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst within B2B SaaS.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience analyzing data in Python or R.
- Ability to run A/B tests end-to-end (design, execution, readout).
- Strong analytical thinking, comfortable tackling complex and ambiguous problems.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Engineering, or Revenue.
- Experience supporting GTM, Paid Media, or broader Marketing organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing sciences: MMM, attribution models, incrementality testing, or personalization.
- Deep Python expertise.
- Experience with dbt, Looker, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Experience working with enriched audience data or intent/firmographic models.
