What you will do

• Develop and operationalize pricing offers and initiatives aligned with customer experience and business objectives.
• Identify new product offerings and design strategies to incorporate them into the portfolio.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging value propositions to develop growth strategies.
• Support cross-functional teams in deploying pricing processes, strategies, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate to define metrics for pricing effectiveness and discount management.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on evaluating and structuring complex strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in pricing and/or revenue management.
• Experience in ISP, Cable, or Telecom industry across a multi-state footprint.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations to management and external audiences.
• Ability to manage pricing processes with cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Additional Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience.
