What you will do

• Lead strategic client portfolios ensuring projects deliver on time, on budget, and with excellence.
• Manage portfolio-level P&L, revenue forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Serve as executive sponsor managing client escalations and governance.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across project management, solution architecture, and implementation.

Requirements

• Must work hybrid from Atlanta office three days per week with travel up to 30% across North America.
• 8+ years leadership experience in Professional Services within SaaS, managing $15M+ P&L and teams of 25+.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise in delivery and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in executive and client-facing settings.
• Expertise in enterprise software implementations and project governance.
• English proficiency at least B2 level required.
