What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify customer pain points and translate them into AI automation solutions.
• Design and configure compelling proofs of concept using drag-and-drop workflow builders and AI collaboration tools.
• Advise customers on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and safe AI governance.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to improve the no-code AI platform and user experience.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within the US, based in or near New York, NY preferred
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3+ years experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions with practical knowledge of LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing technical roles such as sales engineering or solutions consulting.
• Comfort working with unstructured data and designing AI pipelines to extract structured value.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
