What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of agencies and clients to maximize revenue across News Broadcasting brands.
• Sell airtime, podcasts, digital, social, sponsorship, and promotions across multiple radio stations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with station objectives and pricing parameters.
• Forecast revenue accurately and communicate results to the business.
• Collaborate with Activation, Editorial, and Finance teams to optimize business delivery and minimize bad debt.
• Adhere to equal opportunities and HR policies within the team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with minimum three days per week in office in the UK
• Good knowledge of media, agency, and client processes.
• Sales experience in a media owner environment across display and creative solutions.
• Determined, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing agency relationships.
• English: B2 level or higher required
