What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for a platform migration project.
• Conduct user research including scripting, sessions, and insight synthesis.
• Design complex user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens.
• Prototype and validate solutions with users.
• Challenge and evolve the existing design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Belfast with hybrid work (2 days onsite)
• Strong senior-level UX experience with complex products.
• Expertise in information architecture, navigation design, and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead user research and translate insights into designs.
• Portfolio demonstrating process, thinking, and outcomes.
• Financial services or regulated sector experience is a plus.
