What you will do

• Create high-quality marketing visuals for paid campaigns, web, email, social, and events, ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components for ongoing web improvements.
• Collaborate closely with a freelance HubSpot front-end developer for accurate page implementation and conduct basic visual consistency checks.
• Coordinate with other designers, Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing teams to align deliverables with marketing goals.
• Use and update the marketing design system in Figma, applying reusable components and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Mid-Level Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Basic video editing skills are required.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers.
• Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced team.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills and tools.
• Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
• HubSpot experience is an advantage.
