Data Engineer

What you will do

• Create and maintain batch (ELT) and real-time data pipelines and architecture.
• Assemble large and complex data sets meeting business requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and automation.
• Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and AWS big data technologies.
• Provide actionable insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with data architects, executives, product, data, and IT teams throughout projects.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud data services (S3, Athena, EC2, RedShift, MWAA, Lambda).
• Experience with large-scale production databases and SQL (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of time-series/analytical databases (Elasticsearch, Clickhouse).
• Experience with ELT development tools (DBT, Airflow, Python).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (NIFI, Kafka, Spark/EMR, Iceberg) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
