What you will do

• Design runtime security and monitoring capabilities for hosts and cloud-native environments.
• Identify and guide improvements and new features in hirify.global's security products.
• Collaborate with teams across monitoring, quality, product management, open source community, and customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be flexible to work remotely with presence in Italy
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go and at least one other language such as C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with Kubernetes application development and monitoring tools like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and build systems.
• Interest in security, observability, and open source community participation.
