What you will do

• Translate business strategy into clear product outcomes and value hypotheses for AI products.
• Identify and conceptualize new AI-based offerings through research and data-driven insights.
• Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing for impact and aligning across teams.
• Define success metrics, ensure effective tracking, and address data governance/risk.
• Partner with business/operations for enablement, documentation, training, and rollout plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Systems.
• Scrum Product Owner or Agile Practitioner certification required.
• Product Management certification required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience shipping ML/AI-enabled capabilities (early-stage experience <2 years sufficient).
• English: C2 required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft O365, data literacy, and backlog management at scale.
• Familiarity with MLOps and data platforms, and advanced proficiency with Agile tools.

Nice to have

• People management experience.
• German or French conversational to advanced level (B2 or higher).
• Mandarin Chinese conversational to advanced level (B2 or higher).
