Salary: €4,500–€6,200/month

What you will do

• Own and drive the product vision and long-term strategy, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals.
• Define and execute user acquisition strategies, with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), App Store Optimization (ASO), and seamless onboarding flows.
• Maintain strong user retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, design, and analytics.
• Analyze app performance, metrics, and results to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
• Track record of delivering successful mobile applications.
• Experience with mobile app analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear and detailed product specifications.
• Data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve product development and process optimization.
• English: B2 required.
