What you will do

• Lead and develop the Intercom Solutions department for efficient project deliveries.
• Manage a team of managers and project managers, addressing operational and strategic challenges.
• Collaborate with Business and Product Managers on product/solution strategy and roadmap planning.
• Select technical platforms and follow up on project and program status.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, including subsidiary 2N in Prague.
• Contribute to the overall development of the New Business R&D Department.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering and a professional background as an engineer.
• At least 5 years of line manager experience.
• Strong interest in developing organizations and teams, fostering an open, productive, and innovative work environment.
• Strong personal drive, enjoyment of teamwork, and natural leadership.
• Skilled at creating and fostering collaboration between different teams and sites.

Nice to have

• Technical experience and knowledge of end-to-end solutions, covering embedded devices and management SW.
• Experience of leading other leaders.
