What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on IT-related contracts (SaaS, IT services, consultancy, data processing, cybersecurity).
• Advise Group functions on RFP processes, corporate, and commercial legal matters.
• Provide guidance on regulatory frameworks including GDPR, AI regulation, information security, cybersecurity laws (NIS2, EU AI Act), and export controls.
• Support vetting counterparties for compliance and advise on potential disputes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Group IT, and Information Security to manage contractual risks and ensure compliance.
• Maintain, align, and update contract templates and deliver related training.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent).
• At least five years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and IT-related agreements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, privacy, data protection, AI regulation, and cybersecurity regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Solid proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong legal and business judgment with the ability to balance risk, priorities, and compliance.
