TL;DR

Tech Lead (Cybersecurity): Lead the architecture and management of advanced IAM and PAM security solutions including SSO, MFA, and identity governance at a global gaming company with an accent on compliance, automation, and cloud identity integration. Focus on designing secure access models, migrating legacy systems, and maintaining enterprise security infrastructure in a regulated environment.

Location: Hybrid in Noida, India. Must be authorized to work in India without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Architect and manage SSO and MFA integrations using Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Build and automate Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes for access provisioning and revocation.
  • Manage enterprise PAM solutions like CyberArk and BeyondTrust to secure credentials.
  • Maintain Active Directory and Azure AD health, including Group Policy and Conditional Access Policies.
  • Drive migration of legacy applications to modern authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Conduct access reviews and implement Identity Governance & Administration platforms.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Cybersecurity with 5+ years in IAM/PAM specialization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (on-prem) and Azure AD/Entra ID.
  • Hands-on experience with IGA and PAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk.
  • Strong understanding of Federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation.
  • Must be authorized to work in India without visa sponsorship.
