What you will do

• Lead and mentor software engineers, providing technical guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
