Lead IT Analyst

Lead IT Analyst (System Analytics): Leading requirements analysis and refinement for platform modernization and migration projects with an accent on translating business needs into technical specifications and mentoring analysts. Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa with at least 2 days per week onsite

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for legacy and target platforms
• Lead development of business use cases and user stories for migration and modernization
• Mentor and support analysts in requirements gathering and documentation standards
• Work hands-on with Java-based applications and analyze IBMi components for migration
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Gdańsk or Warszawa with minimum 2 days onsite
• English: Daily use in an international environment, minimum B2 level
• 15+ years experience as IT Analyst with focus on requirements analysis and refinement
• Experience with SAFe or other Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of IBMi environments and Java development practices
• Experience in platform modernization, system migrations, or legacy transformation

• Experience running requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions
