What you will do

• Collect, document, and validate business requirements for finance automation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and map current/target business processes for optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution implementation and testing.
• Support UAT planning, execution, data validation, and reporting design.
• Maintain structured documentation and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related area.
• Knowledge of finance processes and understanding of major ERP systems.
• Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools, and familiarity with automation technologies.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination.
• Python proficiency for data and process workflows.
• English: Upper-intermediate required

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in business/system analysis.
• Experience in finance or ERP implementation projects.
