What you will do
- Provide technical support via email, phone, and chat.
- Run remote screen-share sessions to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate customer insights into future releases.
- Create knowledgebase articles and blogs for customer self-help.
- Support colleagues by simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, networking, and databases.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical environment or service desk.
- Ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux permissions, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Commercially minded, balancing technical excellence with business outcomes.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic problem-solver.
- Must be able to commute to a UK office location.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) or Windows Server setups.
