TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide technical support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Run remote screen-share sessions to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate customer insights into future releases.
  • Create knowledgebase articles and blogs for customer self-help.
  • Support colleagues by simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, networking, and databases.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical environment or service desk.
  • Ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux permissions, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Commercially minded, balancing technical excellence with business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic problem-solver.
  • Must be able to commute to a UK office location.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) or Windows Server setups.
  • Scripting or programming knowledge.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles or AI technologies.
