What you will do

• Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders globally.
• Support customers/partners and advise clients on implementing hirify.global Solutions.
• Manage multiple teams within large programs or multiple projects.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues and changes on project and program levels.
• Spot business development opportunities and facilitate client workshops.
• Ensure project effectiveness and support strategy discussions based on data.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector.
• Demonstrated experience in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Managed a programme previously.
• Superior knowledge of standard software tools related to daily responsibilities.
• Strongly promote agile philosophy and ways of working, including scrum methodology.
• Ability to handle large transformation programmes and work with senior stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues on project and program levels.

• Agile coach experience.
