What you will do
- Support clients at all levels, resolving issues promptly via live chat, emails, and calls.
- Assist clients with KYC procedures and provide tours of the trading platform.
- Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training.
- Be aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets.
- Collect clients’ feedback and analyze how their experience can be improved.
- Maintain open communication between departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1+ level) and Fluent in French.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen to clients and team needs and find solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
