What you will do
- Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business specifics and how it operates.
- Identify potential issues and propose solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Create client development plans and strategies.
- Be responsible for general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with the casino platform team.
- Resolve ongoing issues and problems and forecast key project metrics.
Requirements
- English: B2 required
- Russian: B2 required
- Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and its major processes.
- 2+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success management.
- Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients.
