Wise is hiring a Recruitment Lead to own and scale volume hiring across Tallinn & Budapest. You’ll lead the TA team responsible for Customer Support, KYC, FinCrime, and Operations roles — driving strategy, workforce planning, vendor management, and process excellence.

What you’ll lead
— Build and scale volume hiring strategy aligned to business needs
— Partner with Workforce Management to translate forecasts into recruiting plans
— Oversee vendor management: capacity, SLAs, quality/cost/speed
— Lead & coach a multi-location TA team
— Collaborate with Servicing Ops leaders on quarterly hiring plans
— Improve processes across TA–WFM–Ops and automate data/reporting flows
— Drive exceptional candidate & stakeholder experience
— Champion DEI and contribute to regional & global TA initiatives

You’re a match if you have
— Extensive experience leading volume hiring teams (CS/KYC/FinCrime/Ops)
— 5+ years of TA leadership and strong senior stakeholder management
— Experience partnering with WFM/Ops Planning teams
— Proven vendor management expertise (RPO/BPO/agency)
— Strong recruitment operations mindset and process design skills
— Ability to influence across matrixed, multicultural environments
— Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical narrative skills
