What you will do

• Own business KPIs, product performance, and usage across global regions
• Support and interact with operations stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and profitability
• Identify improvement areas using data and execute innovative solutions
• Support rollout of new products and features to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Provide management with regular performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
• 5+ years experience in analytics or data science roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or related field
• Strong skills in SQL and reporting tools like Tableau or Data Studio
• Proven experience in performance management, process optimization, and operational efficiency
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience in last-mile delivery industry in analytics, operations, or product roles
