Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Define and execute communication strategies for IT solutions.
• Manage communication activities for product and feature rollouts in a financial environment.
• Create high-quality written and video content for various channels.
• Support the creation of educational materials for diverse audiences.
• Design and implement feedback mechanisms for product rollouts.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication management or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: Highly proficient in spoken and written.
• Proven ability to understand and manage complex topics.
• Demonstrated experience in driving change within a distributed and multicultural environment.
• Experience supporting IT implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Hello for Business or similar identity/security solutions.
