What you will do

  • Guard and lead the creative process with clients and internal design and production teams.
  • Lead client conversations about the creative process and their requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with client services, creative leadership, design, production, project management, and QA.
  • Identify and resolve areas of risk or friction within the creative process.
  • Share knowledge of digital advertising and content best practices with clients.
  • Advise, review, and critique design outputs at all stages.
  • Explain complex creative production techniques to clients without design experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital advertising or studio management.
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledgeable of HTML5 capabilities and principles of dynamic advertising.
  • Knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms.
  • Experience working with designers and creative teams.
  • Knowledgeable of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing work and resources across engagements.
